Guideline to Download Etiqa+ App (for International Student only)

First Time Log-In

Step 1:

• Download the ETIQA+ from “Google Play” or “Apple Store”
• Click Sign-Up
• Key In Mobile No to Request OTP
• Enter OTP and Login

Step 2: 

• Click “Healthcare” to set up a profile
• Enter “VERIFICATION CODE” received via Email

Step 3:

• Create / Set up a Passcode (required every time you access to Healthcare Module)

Step 4:

• Click “Healthcare” to update policy/certificate no.
• GHS Policy No for UPSI Int Student : TGWH000125

• View Policy Details (Your Room & Board rate entitlement)
• Panel Hospital Search
• View Guarantee Letter (GL)
• View All Claims
• Hospital Admission Guide
• View Balance of your Hospital Limit
